AEON ZEN Releases Fourth Video in “Top 5 Riffs” Series

English progressive-metallers AEON ZEN released their third opus Enigma to the world this past January onNightmare Records / Sony / RED. It is an ambitiously creative and powerful concept album featuring nine continuous tracks that show the obvious strengths of the band, plus two bonus tracks available on the CD version only. Enigma is available on CD and Digital Download at your favorite North American vendors.

“Here are my choice riffs from our new album “Enigma”. I chose these ones in particular because they have some greak hooks and stick in your head, and, most importantly, they’re fun to play!”

On March 4, KISS guitarist/vocalist Paul Stanley was interviewed on “The Project” (previously “The 7PM Project”), the Australian talk show television program airing weeknights across Australia on Network Ten. You can now watch video footage of his appearance below.

KISS is currently taking part in an Australian tour with very special guests MÖTLEY CRÜE.

Presented by McManus Entertainment, the summer’s biggest, baddest rock tour is hitting Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Mackay and Adelaide, with guests Irish rockers THIN LIZZY along for the ride (except Adelaide).

“Monster”, the 20th studio album from KISS, sold 56,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 3 on The Billboard 200 chart.

KISS‘ previous CD, “Sonic Boom”, opened with 108,000 units back in October 2009 to enter the chart at No. 2. This marked the band’s highest-charting LP ever.

KISS has notched nine Top 10 albums, according to Billboard.com. Its previous highest-charting set was 1998’s “Psycho Circus”, which debuted and peaked at No. 3 with 110,000 copies in its first week, according to Nielsen SoundScan. The group’s other high-charting sets include 1975’s “Alive!” (No. 9), 1977’s “Love Gun” (No. 4) and 1992’s “Revenge” (No. 6).

GEOFF TATE’s QUEENSRŸCHE: New Album Details Revealed

The Geoff Tate-fronted version of QUEENSRŸCHE has set “Frequency Unknown” as the title of its new album, due on April 23 via the Los Angeles-based independent label Cleopatra Records.
